By installing or using the "Auto Hide & Publish" application ("the App"), provided by Strongly Apps ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App provides automation tools for Shopify merchants to hide out-of-stock products and publish them when stock returns. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.
While we strive for reliability, we do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL STRONGLY APPS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THIS SERVICE.
You specifically acknowledge that we are not liable for any revenue loss, sales loss, or inventory discrepancies resulting from the automation (e.g., if a product is hidden or published incorrectly due to API delays, bugs, or misconfiguration). You use this tool at your own risk.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
